Spotted these new "pillow' seat at the motorbike show in Calgary. Still trying to get more details but they were the most comfortable motorbike seat I've ever sat on.

Gees mate looks like one could fall asleep in them . They aren,t from the mob that calls them 'The All Day Touring Seat " by any chance. Came across a similar thing not long back ,dont know where i put it to check the difference iff any . Certainly looks bloody comfortable. Cheers Ray

looks really comfy, I have another idea for riders and that is airbag pants (insert a bath pillow shaped like a horse shoe), it's a simple idea, you start of deflated, you have a pump in your jacket with an airline and as the ride goes on you simply inflate to your liking, obviously if it's a bumpy ride you run the risk of over inflating and doing some damage but hay in theory it could work...... ok - I know feel dumber for writing this,,, lol

Yes, you read right Rayd, usually i say to people "does this bike make my ass look fast" ;D ;D Steve, Ive copied and pasted the details of the Bike expo in the Queensland section for you and others to see, it hasn't been advertised much, so many riders might not have even realized it is on.

Scrap, I too will look for these at thebike expo at the GC convetion centre, but meanwhile if you do find out any info I'd be interested in one. I find I tend to 'slip forward' on my seat as I ride & it becomes less comfortable, this padded seat looks like it might overcome tht problem

Mac I have the opposite problem, I NEED to be more forward in order to keep a straight spine and be comfortable .
Scrap any news on the whereabouts of those seats??? I am considering reupholstering mine over winter if i cant find anything better than the stock seats I want to narrow the front a little, add a pillow top to the seat area and make the back a little taller and with more padding in order to push me forward.

Re the Bike expo on at the Golod Coas Convention Centre. It starts today (Fri) & goes through the weekend. It's $20 entry, but only $14 for old fellas like me (seniors)

Okay,
The pillow seat is ONLY available on the Yamaha Midnight and only in North America.
I've asked whether this will become a Yamaha accessory and awaiting a reply.
Cheers, Scrap
