Hello all. I would like to organise the ride to Yarrum for the last weekend of April. It will be a 2 day with Rusty taking us for a ride to 90 mile beach and a few other sites.
I think it would be nice to do the ride we did for Australia Day out to Berwick and the head straight for Yarrum from there.
The reason for the end of April is that Rusty is free for that weekend.

don't forget pics. That Victorian country side is magnificent. Just remember not to use the GPS, otherwise it could be a long ride ;D

Here is Rusty's email in response to my plans.
Hi mate, You are all welcome to camp in my garden, it's not huge but it is big enough for up to 10 small tents. The last weekend in April is good for me. Once we know more about arrival times etc I can put on a bbq breakfast/lunch on the Sat, we can ride to 90 mile beach Sat afternoon (only 20 minutes away) then down to Port Welshpool for a pub dinner about (45mins away), take in an evening look at Port Albert fishing village for a coffee at the pub there on the way back to my place then get an open fire going outside. Not too long in the saddle and a relaxing time.
Cheers, Rusty
Come on guys, It will be a great weekend.

Well, it's not exactly official until tomorrow (Monday) when my new posting should get published in the Gazette, but my rostering office has already cleared me off their schedules from 23rd April...meaning they expect me to be posted to Mildura from that date!

The ride to Yarrum will be in 2 stages. Thanks to Joffa who has suggested that we meet at his place for a cuppa and ride from there on to Yarrum. I have left the planning with Joffa for that section, On the day he will be leading the ride.
