Hey mate. I have the same bike. Took me forever to find bags that would fit but the ones I mounted sat no problem except the rear lights rubbed a little.like you I wanted to change the lights any way, both jobs easy. The bags I attached came with ties so I mounted them directly to bike. I got mine for $210 delivered over night to my door, from bikersgear.com.au Mate, I'm really trying to avoid moving my indicators. And I don't need big bags (although I may regret that one day) so hopefully the ones I've ordered will do the job. Thanks for replying with your first post though! Much appreciated. The bags are more than likely throw over. The mounts are generic. I fit similar if not the same to my wife's Suzuki VL250. They only keep the bags off springs and out of spokes. The bags do no actually mount to them.
Look carefully and you will see a flatter spacer piece that bolts to the bottom part of the 2 thicker pieces that actually attach to the bike.

They seem to be throw over bags, but there's mounting hardware too, and the throw over part can be removed. Once I get them home and work out the instructions I'll see whether or not they'll work. In the meantime I am impressed with the bags themselves. Attachments:

Yep. There's two sets of instructions. One for throw over and one for mounting. Attachments:

They are going to be a tight squeeze if I don't want to move the indicators. And I don't. They should fit OK though. Just a tight fit.
