Daz, I have had three different cheap action cameras and found the all ok for keeping a record of the trip, as in I had a chick turn in front of me and if there was an issue I could prove that I had a green light. But the quality is lacking for entertainment purposes. The 30frames per second is too slow and the motion suffers at anything above 40ks per hour. We recently purchased a GoPro and the difference is astonishing. I took some footage with a cheap cam on a SRA ride recently an did not bother posting as it is just poor quality. My advice would to be don’t waste your dollars and put them towards a good cam as you only get what you pay for. Cheers Azza

I have a similar one and agree that video quality is poor on most cheaper ones. Go pro for me when funds allow.

Yep that is the one i will get when i can . Tried a cheaper one and big fail . Could try ebay fro one anyhow . may get a bargain if ya lucky

I just got a catalogue from Autopro today they have one in there its a full hd 1080 sports for $139 might have a look on Monday to see if they are any good. Will see how many frames per sec it is.
