Having bloody great big feet and the added size of riding boots, sometimes it's hard to get my foot under the gear lever to shift. Are they adjustable? I reckon if I could raise it half an inch it would be be much easier, and not affect the down shifting much at all either.

You should be able to undo the 10mm lock bolt and rotate the gear lever around to suit. all you would then have to remember is to lift your hoof a bit higher. but if you have a heel toe shifter you will more than likely make the heel section redundant- chop it off

Just downloaded the manual (I'm a lazy bast&rd) and there's a way to adjust the brake pedal height, but nothing on the gear shifter. Will look at it tomorrow in the light, as it may be the same principal.

I have opposite problem. I have to lift my foot off the peg to change gears. Hate it. Would be nice to just tilt the foot. Grrr. I have learnt to live with it but not happy.

AS SAID BEFORE JUST UNDO NUT ON SPLINE ON SHIFTER AND ADJUST TO YOUR REQUIREMENTS . WHEN ADJUSTING BRAKE LEVER WITH THE LOCKNUT ON THE RETURN ROD MAKE SURE YOUR REAR LIGHT IS STILL WORKING , THERE IS AN ADJUSTMENT AT THE SENDING UNIT NEAR THE PEDAL . Undo the two lock nuts, one is right hand thread one is left hand thread so don't strip it. Then rotate the mid section you will see the gear leaver go up or down depending which way you turn it. Once you have the height right tighten the two lock nut again. If I remember correct you have to remove the chrome cove to get at the lock nuts.

I like it but still not convinced as the bike I'm riding atm has one but it's too far back for me (why I don't use it) and this one seems closer. Only prob I can see is if it's too close, when you're raising your foot to gear up....... you may have already done it?

I meant raising your foot to tramp on the back pedal

I think it may be far enough back to just do a slight shimmy back and tap down. Hope springs eternal.
