I have a Nolan N43 Trilogy at the moment, and love the modular nature of this piece of gear BUT it is very noisy over 90ks. I do wear earplugs to keep the wind out, and so I'm able to hear the Sena smh10 for GPS directions and music etc. I particularly like flip up helmets too, and the Rjays Tour Tech TSS looks great and is on special at the moment for $199. It's also one of the few makers that make a xxl size to fit my big noggin.
Ive heard they are noisy too though. AnyOne got any real world experience with them? They LOOK ideal to me.

I have the shark flip face helmet and a sena bluetooth. Cant hear well enough to take calls at 95kmh and over, but 90 an under you can talk ok. Can still hear music though.

I have the tour tech TSS and find it pretty good only real complaint is when in full face mode if you have the visor up at speeds above 70ks it whistles. Cheers Azza

We have the Rjays flip up helmets, I can hear Brenda talking to me though the bluetooth, but anything over 70 is no go for me, but that's my tinnitus playing up, Brenda can hear well up to about 90ks

Both the Shark and the Bell don't make a xxl that I'd need. I think I may go internet shopping tonight.

Just remember mate overseas helmets may not be legal here in Oz even if they exceed our requirements, if they don't have the right sticker and plod finds you out it can be costly and inconvenient.

Yeah, thanks mate. Something like this is a Oz purchase. For that reason, and the shipping costs! . I thought I'd found them locally online for $149 but it turns out that they were the older sans TSS model. $199 is the best price so far. And $9.90 shipping..

Stick with the known brands mate, cos most of the cheaper ones cause more damage than good

Have a Nolan- nice for my flip/ full face requirements. Went to a bell openface, was happy. Now where a Bell Rogue..... LOOOOOVE IT.
Noise is not an issue as I am having way too much fun riding.
