Hi Everyone, I thought I'd sign up to this forum after being on a few country runs with some fellow WA cruisers (Angel, Moe, Scrap, Louie, GreyShadow, etc.). They keep mentioning this forum in conversations so I decided to drop in. After browsing through some of the WA threads, hey, there are a number of ride reports that I've been on and have some photos to prove it. I'll see about digging them out and post them in there if that's ok - yep sorry Moe but you know, I've got a camera and I'm prepared to use it. Ok, so I don't ride a Shadow I'm on a Yammie XVS650. Here's a pic of my "Star Ride". Stay shiny side up and many adventurous miles in 2012 and beyond... ;D

Thanks for the welcome Ray and Trish.
Fell in love with the bike when I 1st sat on one and then ended up buying one sight unseen from Pro Yamaha, Slacks Creek Qld and had it delivered up to Cairns when I was living there.
I've posted up some photos on a couple of older threads so be sure to check them out. Looking forward to some more runs for more photo bombing opps.

Yeah good one mrc and WG. There's plenty enough bling and get up n go with the shining Star. Guys Correct me if I'm wrong but doesn't being on a Shadow means you're kept in the dark??? There's already one convert that I know of on this forum that went from the dark to a star! ;D

Being ON the Shadow means we're in the light, closer to al sources of light (Sun or Moon), and cast the shade over those that follow... See: All good mate! Welcome anyway...most important thing is you ride. We're a friendly group, so won't hold it against you

Nice shots there, Wolfishgrin. Looks like St Kilda to me. I used to live just up the road in Middle Brighton just behind the Half Moon and miss it a lot.
I like the photos of your son(?), Esplanade and blue skies - just slightly marred by that blue and white thing that keeps getting in the friggin' way!!! [bitch slap] YEOW!!!

Also, yes that's my 3yo son, with my wife in the background enjoying the sun too.
