Well the last 12 months have certainly been hectic. All things considered - 8 weeks in Canada, laid up with flu for a week or two, bike accident leaving me very sore and bruised and to top it all off, a bout of conjunctivitis. BUT......... I still managed to get these renovations finished..... at last. Bathroom extension and renovation. This is how it looked (sorry - dodgy pho):- and now it looks like this. The arch way to the spa room is the window frame on the left of the first photo. From outside, it looked like this:- and now it looks like this:_ Yep, the roof came off, new top ridge built, rafters, underpurlins and tile battons installed and the roof re-tiled. The laundry used to look like this (well before after I started demolition):- and this:- and now it looks like this:_ and the new WC (which was the entry to the bathroom) looked like this:- You can see the old WC in the doorway on the right - this is now the new entrance to the bathroom. ..and now it looks like this:- ....one room to go - easy one - just need to install ceiling beams and plaster, render and plaster the walls, a few power points and some floor covering. Phew - what a drawn out job this has been. Oh well, one more renovation after this and the whole house will be re-built.

That looks a first rate job! it must be nice to sit back and have it looking so good. Obviously a lot of hard work has gone into it.
