Been a while since I played chasey at the back of the pack, luckily I srubbed the tyres in last weekend! ........ not that I'd condone exceeding the speed limit. We may have to pre-warn Louie though before he starts dropping back to see where we're at! And no, don't ever exceed the speed limit... Sunday is going to be perfect riding weather. But with the recent rains, we just have to watch for the gravel wash outs boys and girls.

All looking good weather wise as of tonight folks ... The district forecast for the Eastern side of the ranges looks like this :
Sunday 5 May
Partly cloudy. Winds east to southeasterly 15 to 20 km/h tending east to northeasterly in the morning then becoming light in the middle of the day. Overnight temperatures falling to between 10 and 14 with daytime temperatures reaching the mid to high 20s.
I'll check it again tomorrow and post the final "it's on.." Cheers Trog

Hokey dokey folkies ..It's On!!!! It was a bit on the cold and cloudy side up here this morning but it's all cleared away mid morning and it's a lovely warm sunny day..tomorrow is expected to be the same . See y'all at The Mundaring Bakery around 10am ...I'd advise a fuel top up for everyone at the servo next door to the bakery before we leave as there's no planned stops until Cunderdin... Most of us could *almost* make the entire ride on one tank , but there's nothing worse than that feeling of not being sure you'll make it when you're in the middle of nowhere... Cheers Trog

Just a quick note to Roughy & Scraps... don't forget to post them pics.... louie yep they should be in the mail ... I'll put a few photos up when I get home later this afternoon after I've reviewed, air-brushed and photoshopped the crap out of them - they'll probably turn out all white (aka sheep in the blizzard).

Hi Loui and roughy thanks for the great ride yesterday it was awesome, I'm glad I ditched the ladies day out at Bickley. For a day out on the bikes sounded heaps more fun, looking foreward to the next one

Troggs deep in thought (or just "blank") while Louie shows the rest of the world why a jacket should be worn with a tighter belt or else it shows off your portly barrel. Somewhat late lunch but certainly worth the ride and the wait. Does anyone remember how to make that tuna melt? And no Cherry its not by defrosting it! Scrap was looking for the "Care Gland" - Nah! He didn't find it.. Our gracious hostess who knows how to make a good toasted sanga and operate an excellent coffee machine. And speaking of coffee, do want another cup hey? hey? do ya? hey? another coffee yeah!?! No? Well I'going to have another...I've only had 2 espressos and a cappucino. Supersmooth Roughy telling the 2 new Shadow rider recruits why it's better to show them why I'm called Roughie instead of explaining it. Meanwhile Greyshadow is in the background keen for us to GET A FRIGGIN' MOVE ON! Here's Scrap explaining to Angela the virtues of wearing sunglasses to avoid the permanent squint. This is how we left the place.... Sheepish sheep (doll).
