I recently replaced my dab grey switch box housing and master cylinder with chrome. I think they look pretty smart. The switch box housing was $44 and master cylinder cover $37 with half price postage from USA. I had already changed the switch box housing before I thought to take before and after pictures.

What I like about this master cylinder cover is that it goes over the whole master cylinder and covers the whole lot, not just the top of it. I just found that there is a cover for the other side, the lights switch etc. That is next on my purchase list.

George I like that .. lots! It's something I've been eyeing off for a while. From Cruiser Customising? How hard was it to put on?

The master cylinder cover is as easy as...all you do is unscrew your current master cylinder cover, then replace those with two stud type screws (supplied), put the cover on and screw down the caps (supplied). Takes less than a minute. As for the switch cover....well that's a bit harder as you have to take off the throttle, throttle cable and switches. But if you follow the instructions its actually not that hard. Takes about 30 mins. And what's more, they are not plastic chrome, they are metal chrome. . Yes they are from cruiser customizing who currently have 30% off shipping.

Today I took delivery of some more small chrome bits and pieces. 2 x Chrome levers, clutch side switch housing, shaft drive and bolts covers. Drive shaft and bolts before Drive shaft and bolts after Brake lever before Brake lever after Clutch lever before Clutch lever after Switch box housing before Switch box housing after Now have to look around for other stuff to bling the bike.
