hay guys sorry to flood your fourm with questions on my 3rd day as a member lol... but i am thinking about getting some little ape hangers for my 750 just to make it stand out from the rest... anywhere in brisbane do converson kits and would anyone know a rough price to get this done ?

Hi Matt the brother in law hasn't long been down that way and got a set for his shovel so i'll ring him to find out where he got them from. About all i can do to help sorry. ahahhahahahahahaha yeh seen that pic about 2 yrs ago lol makes me laugh.. nah i want a nice set nothing to big just to give it a different stance... looking at getting spike or hypercharge for it very soon as well...

You won't be able to use Harley bars as they knurled for a different width between risers. Also the bar where the handgrip goes can be a different length as well. What you will need is 1" bars. Maximum height allowed under ADRs will depend upon your bike. The maximum height from the seat to the lowest point of the hand grips can be no more than 380mm (ADR 57.2.2.2.) You will also need a longer brake line, throttle & clutch cables etc as well as extending your wiring. With our XV250 Virago Bobber that we build we got away with 12" apes as the steering head height is rather low compared with the seat.
