LOL never! I've been wanting one for ages now. Look forward to fitting it and seeing how much difference it makes. Apparently I won't keep looking for the phantom 6th gear once its fitted. We shall see!

Can l ask, how it went and was there much improvement with your bike? HI lisa, i have V&H pipes on which the hypercharger has made a deeper throaty sound,i also re-jetted carb and had dyno tune done which gave me 10% power and torque in each gear, plus fuel economy went from about 270ks to hit reserve,to the best i have hit is 315ks but on average is about 290ks i travel 2up most of the time. noticed a big difference in pulling power especially on hills in top gear, you have to remember our bikes are cruisers and are not going to start to do wheel stands lol. hope this is on some help, cheers, spinal.

Thanks Spinal for that. l understand exactly what you are saying re its a cruiser and not a upright roadbike ninjawhinger thats going to go like rodneyrocketboy.
l have been chatting to others and have learnt some valuable lessons in bike lore l do love my bike, l am just having some back issues as well as being 'pissy' that l cant keep up with some friends who ride the aforementioned flingybikes. haha. Thats okay, l have style! instead. haha.
ps, l do like some uprights as well, l am not a and never have been a bike snobhead like some out there.
l did see a honda blackbird which l never knew existed last sunday, that was a nice bike.
