I bought this kit on eBay cost me $100 US plus $40 US postage only to find out that my bike is actually an aero not an ace so obviously they don't fit my bike. I've painted them with matt black heat resistant paint but other than that they are as new, never installed all parts included. I'd like to try to at least get some of my money back so I can order the right ones. I was thinking $90. let me know if you are interested. see below for details. Unfortunately they are completely different. For starters the bolt holes for the foot pegs are about 1" to close together. The ACE doesn't require a mounting bracket for the Brake lever/switch, so that bit isn't on this design (if it was I would have redrilled the holes and had them on already). And the control extensions are the wrong length due to the aero having the brake control arm pivot about 5" back further than the Ace. Should have done the research first hey! Or just bought an Ace...... Thinking I may just have to design and make some to fit..... When I can be bothered (lot of work in it me thinks).

I have the 4in extensions if you want to make some ,using them as a template. Steve in Toowoomba has the 6 in . Cheers Ray

I'd like to move these so that I can talk the minister of war and finance into letting me just buy the kit. That would be the preferred method. I don't get a lot of time to build stuff these days and the bike would probably be of the road for a bit till I finished them.... Can't have that!
