Pom I think he's talking about a bracket for the riders seat
Yeah Trebs the brackets on mine were for the pillion .. I took them all off and just bolted the seat back on I think .. it's been a while and I'm having trouble working out what bracket you mean.
Wait .. give me a bit I want to take off the back rack today so I'll have a look and see if I can work out what bracket you are talking about. I'll post up a pic of what mine looks like if you like.
Now that I look at the bolt you are talking about I think I know .. in the pics you have about you have to take off the steel colored bracket and bolt the black colored bracket where that one is. But still give me a couple of hours to get my s@^t together and I'll have a look to be sure and post up a pic.

Ok no kidding I've typed this three times now and it's dissapeared on me twice .. if it does it again I give up!! Right so I think I've worked out your problem .. helps if you read properly eh. You need to get those bolts out that are holding the riders seat bracket onto the pillion bracket .. I had trouble with some of those bolts under there too not sure if it was those ones .. could have been. So if you cant get a spanner (I think I ended up with a socket on them.. tends to fit better) tight enough onto them to take them out then I guess that the only thing you can do is drill them out .. I had a mate get some hard to move bolts out once with a u-beaut tool that gave him a really tight grip and a lot of leverage .. but not sure what that tool even looked like now. If it was me I would probably take it to said mate and ask him nicely to get his drill out, so if you cant drill it out yourself my only suggestion would be to find someone who can do it for you. It looks like that bracket is classed as part of the seat, that's why no one can help you when you are asking to buy one. This is what mine looks like ... Here's hoping that someone on here either has one lying around or can help with an easy way to get those bolts out. Sorry I couldn't be of more help By the way is that paint tubes I see ... ? What do you paint?

Good to hear ya got it fixed .. dont forget the pics There's no such thing as an unnecessary question .. I'm always asking questions you dont find out if you dont ask. Have a bit of a search here first, chances are pretty good that someone else has already asked .. if it's not here then chances are that someone else wants to know .. so by asking you are helping others too
