Vance and Haines are the company. Also Cobra makes pipes for yours as well as a few others.
As for bags, lots to choose from. Hard, soft, fiberglass, plastic, leather, synthetic leather and even nylon. The choice is yours.

Tis vance and hines Here's their website www.vanceandhines.com/store/metric/honda/31465But have the feeling that you are looking for second hand since you posted in the bits for sale boards I dont think you'll have too much trouble getting bags, but a lot of people dont sell on their pipes. Try ebay

I've got Cobra's on my 750 and the father in law has Vance & Hines on his 650 Vstar, both sound about the same and the Cobra's are cheaper.

saddle bags from shark leather, also bibble bar as well. ive gone for the ventura rack system, it comes with brackets built in if you want saddle bags as well, just another thought, not cheap set up, but practical.

Oh and for another option that isn't leather .. I used a ventura back rack bag for ages but like the the back rack bag here www.tomcatdistribution.com.au/motocentric-luggage-covers/motocentric-cruiser-luggageUnfortunately I just spent a fortune on some Kriega bags www.kriega.com.au/tail-packs.html which I just love, they fit more than you would expect (reckon I could fit the POSSIBLE SPAM POST - PLEASE REPORT kitchen sink if I tried hard enough) and are so easy to put on and off but ... they really only work with the single rider back rack or attched under your pillion seat, so if you have a passenger they really are awkward to attach to a sissy bar. And thats it from me, I dont like saddlebags and got rid of mine a while ago, I did have Bibblebar ones for a bit, and they arent too bad a system but I did find one of my locks was dodgy and also that the bags didn't match which always annoyed me. I promise I'll shut up now ... No really I know when to stop talking ... I'm not like Louie ya know .. umm ...
