you will need to catch the ferry first after that it is all a blur from my last visit, snow on the mountain outside Hobart and some snap frozen extremities I sorta remember.

We spent 9 weeks in Tassie, with the caravan, ANY roads you ride will be good, the whole place is hills, and there are freecamps everywhere, ask at tourist info places and some have showers or will tell you where to get free showers and they will tell you where the freecamps are

All done Ray, so much info on Google. Sailing by day then spending 5 days riding around Tassie. spending an extra day in Hobart. then sailing home by day again, Return day tickets and bike $240.00. Decided to sleep in a bed rather than camp. To old to lay on the ground Cant wait to hit those Tassie roads

Six of us went over in Feb. last year Shane. It was a great trip. I did a report on the Ulysses site. Worth a look at. Here's the link yarrarangesulysses.forumotion.com/t204-tassie-trip-2013Some of the highlights were Jo's Garage, The Wall and the Gordon River cruise. You'll probably be glad to hear that there's no straight roads over there.
