Thanks to ACE who pointed me in the direction of "Suspension Improvements" of Slacks Creek, who seems to be very knowledgeable about bike suspensions. Shocks are ordered so fingers crossed they will be just what the doctor ordered... Thank you to all the members of the Shadow Riders for their help and advice, couldn't have done it without you.

Can get progressive shocks for about $US400 for my 1800. But have a mate in China at the moment, might have to get him to get me a price there?
