Hi All !! I've been told that the headlight on my 2013 VT400 isn't too bright and to ride with it on high beam. Would changing it to and LED bulb make it any brighter? And are these easy enough to change myself? Any and ALL advice is readily welcomed! Thanks Mslissy

I changed mine to the blue globe, makes the light a lot whiter therefore brighter Just look up eBay 12v H4 60 55 blue globe Easy job to do just change over
The one thing I hate about LED globes is that they are dazzling to on coming traffic especially at night but even in daylight

A lot of us here in QLD have the H.I.D headlight system. .Better again than the one Frank is talking about but that one is still a whole lot better than std light I will agree with . The H I D is available on different brightnesses and you must get the right one for the bike .Will try to find the links applicable and post here or message you . These require a bit more to fit as in time but they are only plug and go .No wiring or soldering needed.
Cheers Ray

Thanks again, Spinal. Just ordered a pair. Apologies to Mslissy, I didn't mean to take over your thread. But I'm sick of drivers just pulling out on the road in front of me. Original headlights on high beam don't seem to help. Cheers.

I might have to get some myself. My headlight is very dull. I'll see how you go placid with fitting it on. Thanks mslissy for this thread.
