The Border Bike Fest is on again on Sunday 29 October 2017 at the Gateway Reserve Wodonga. SRA riders have attended this event in previous years as an overnighter and it has always been a great weekend. Vic riders will be departing on Saturday morning and travelling to Albury with stops along the way. Most will be staying at the Astor Hotel, 641 Young St Albury Ph 02 6021 1922 www.booking.com/Astor-Hotel-MotelThe hotel offers great accommodation from only $80 per night for a standard double. Meals etc are very reasonably priced. Entry to the bike show is $5.00 and we will be heading back to Melbourne just after lunch. You can either contact the hotel and book, (you don’t need to pay until you arrive), or you can book through booking.com Meet up time and place will be advised closer to the date once we know who is going. I have booked.

Hi everyone.
have been out of the scene for sometime. Lots of things going on.
Re the trips that have been planned... sorry working.
I know that i will be working every Saturday and Sunday in Sept through to Christmas. Fire safety does take a break.
Unless anything changes i doubt that i can make any of the Meet 'n Greet sessions either.
take care, enjoy and ride safe

Something to think about. How do we all want to get to Albury? 1 straight up the Hume hwy with a stop in Benalla ? 2 up via Yea then to Benalla via the Midland hwy then the Hume hwy with stops in Yea and Benalla? 3 up via Yea then to Mansfield then to Wangaratta via Whitfield then Hume to Albury.stops Yea Mansfield and Wangaratta. There listed from easiest and quickest to hardest and longest 1/ goo.gl/maps/hJEDuTjyeEG22/ goo.gl/maps/z6BctDs1MTL23/ goo.gl/maps/meEr2spneLC2
