Hitting the road...
The southerners 1st stop was the United Colinton Roadhouse.
While there we stopped by the Colinton Memorial Park to pay our respects...
LEST WE FORGET
HeDevil, Kandyman, JJ, Trooper, Rainman, Mustang, David Condie, SheDevil, Mark, Blaze
Thank you for our freedom....
We soon arrived & were met by the Northern crew at the Kingaroy RSL
They reserved a whole room for us..
All our gear... ha ha ha!
Had a great feed....
Soon we said goodbye to some of our riders, then headed off to our Accommodation.
We soon arrived at - COPPER COUNTRY MOTOR INN - Nanango
Accommodation was pretty good & the staff (Trish & Peter) were such a great laugh..
Bikes everywhere!
Our mate Rainman made a new friend. He loved all our bikes, even grandad had a big smile as he snapped pics to show the childs parents...
Even our SheDevil gave him a ride on the trike around the back paddock.
I love our riders hearts, always happy to help, encourage and put a smile on another's face.. Good on you Rainman & SheDevil!
We were even greeted by the resident cat 'Smokey'. (Russian Blue = Big Cat)
He was so friendly, was happy to hang with us for the most part of the stay.
Once everyone had unpacked, we set out on a mini adventure to Coomba Fall's in Maidenwell.
(Before heading out we had to stop for fuel, managed to snap a shot of our Spinal) LOL
DUDE....
Cruising together to the Fall's..
Some ventured down to check out the fall's, while others stayed to 'Watched the bikes'...... ha ha ha!
(Our Blaze taking pic's of the splendour & 'Local' wild life having a swim.. Cheeky boy!)
It was such a gorgeous spot.
It was so beautiful, but we had to climb these stairs to get back to our bikes.
We soon hit the road again & headed back to the Motor Inn so we could get ready for dinner..
It was a precarious ride back as the local kangaroo's were on the move..
All back happy & safe...
Soon we were at the Nanango RSL queuing up for our dinner. It was busy, but had a good atmosphere.
Never a dull moment with this crew...
The meals were impressive!
It was great seeing everyone chatting & sharing lots of laughs.
Once everyone had their fill, we returned to our accommodation & just kicked back & shared a few laughs...
The next morning, most riders were up early & keen to start their day.
Before leaving, the owners asked if they could get some photo's with all our bikes.
Some out by the Vineyards..
Young grapes all along these vines...
Even got a few out front... (Great for advertising)
Taking our own shots while the Owner took his pic's..
Blaze & HeDevil
So we said our farewells to Trish & Peter, then headed off to breakfast.
Cruising with the crew...
Arrived for breakfast at Glendon Street Café..
Having a good feed..
The big Breaky
Canadian Breakfast
Egg's Benny
With our bellies full, it was time to say our goodbyes.
(What a great bunch of people!)
Heading the long road home...
Waving good bye as we part ways...
So all in all, I think we all had a great weekend.
From what I have been hearing the next one can't come soon enough.. ha ha ha!
Until then, Ride safe all...
Trooper
P.S.
I just want to say a big thank you to all that could attend & thank our Kandyman & Spinal for leading our ride to the falls & breakfast.
I love how these two can band together & help our crew get from A to B safely.
