I am pleased to advise that the 2020 SRA AGoM will be held in Victoria on the weened of Friday 28 February – Monday 2 March 2020 in the alpine township of Mount Beauty and on the Ovens River. We have booked The Park Mount Beauty 222 Kiewa Valley Highway, Tawonga South. Ph 57544396. There is a range of accommodation available including Yurts. Please check their website which includes details of accommodation option and what the hell a Yurt is! With the Standard Yurts you need to bring your own bedding, or a sleeping bag, or you can hire linen etc at a very nominal cost. Also look at whether you might wish to share your accommodation as some of the cabins and the loft yurt can sleep up to 10 people. When you ring the holiday park to book please mention you are with SRA as we have booked the entire park under SRA. You will need to pay one nights deposit on booking the the balance when you get there. Below is the cost of accommodation. The AGoM is a year away so now is the time to plan, request leave etc. We hope you can make it to the AGoM, which as always promises to be a lot of fun. www.theparkmountbeauty.com.au/Rates are based on 2 people per night 5 x Studio cabins, sleeps up to 4 - $115 per night per cabin 1 x studio yurt, sleeps up to 2 - $115 per night 8 x Family cabins, sleeps up to 6 - $125 per night per cabin 1 x Family cabin, No. 16, sleeps up to 5 - $130 per night Loft, sleeps up to 10 - $160 per night Yurt No. 6, sleeps up to 5 - $130 per night 5 x Standard yurts, sleeps up to 4 - $95 per night 1 x standard yurt No.9, sleeps up to 5 - $95 per night

Regarding the SRA gathering in Victoria in 2020. The holiday park has held all bookings exclusively for SRA. However they are now opening their bookings to the general public. If you are attending the AGoM but have not yet booked, please do so ASAP, otherwise you may miss out, or hope for the best there may be something available closer to the date. When booking please tell them you are with SRA. All details are below. Also if you haven’t already done so, please let me know that you are going as I am keeping a list of all those attending (for catering purposes).

Looks like we are having a spit roast dinner on Friday night 28c, Saturday a ride to Falls Creek then a sausage sizzle bbq for lunch at Bogong on the return trip, going to be 30c on Saturday so bring your sun screen and bathers, PLEASE no skinny dipping.
Saturday night is the AGM at the pub next door so drink up and stumble home 😉
Sunday is a lunch at Bright then maybe a BBQ dinner with a few glasses of Gossips wine back at the Park.
Monday is the traditional goodbye breaky then people head home.
Only three things required, 1-Get there safely 2-have fun 3-Get home safely.
Everyone enjoy yourself.

Hi George - change of plans we now won't be getting to mt beauty till very late tonight so will miss dinner tonight. Because we're arriving so late I'm not riding my bike so the family will be stalking yourselves via a tin cab what time does the ride start tomorrow? We will definitely be doing lunch and dinner tomorrow

Morning everyone,
We're flying blind reference timings etc. Can someone please send through locations? I know there's meant to be a ride to falls creek - is there a meet up time? When/where is lunch? Same same dinner? We are staying at valley view lodge.
