There's not much action here on the forum since Facebook opened so maybe no one will see this
I've hung up the helmet and gloves for a while, the bike is unregistered and on a solar charger while we're away We've hooked up the caravan and are on our way to Perth from home (45km south of Adelaide) but taking a detour via Darwin We're in the Alice at the moment, leaving today heading north after leaving home on the 27th of April
though we've been this way twice before we're taking it slow because the friends traveling with us haven't We plan to be home around September
It was 33 degrees 2 days ago but the temperature is starting in the mid 20s otherwise with low teens at night We're chasing the sun and warmth and achieving it
But I miss my bike! Stay safe and shiny side up

Hey Frank, I know the feeling, I've just arrived in Cairns on my way to back to Mackay from Port Douglas before heading across to Mt Isa and on up to Darwin. Home via the west coast. Going slow is the only way to see what this great country has too offer. Safe travels and enjoy the warm weather. Cheers:Macca:
