I have put this here to help some who may want to upgrade their existing horn to make it LouderYou cannot just simply replace it without making some changes as to how it is connected, as the existing wiring and horn switch is not heavy enough and will burn out. So what you need to do is add a relay to feed heavier current from the battery via a 20 amp fuse directly to the horn and use the existing horn switch and wiring to operate the relay. I have included a wiring diagram to show how the connections are made. Typically the relay is mounted under the seat and you will need to extend the existing horn wiring to make it long enough to reach the new relay. The heavier wires from the battery to the new horn need to be at least 18 gauge.
