I thought about doing the exact same thing lol problem was my bags are huge a relocation was in order. BTW I didn't have to remove my wheel to rewire. I guess working in small spaces for years has allowed me to adapt to tight squeezes.

Really remove the rear wheel to extend the wiring?!? Nah I just ran it along without removing anything, well me mate did, he used my tiny hands to get into the tight bits, but still ya might've had to remove the rear fender but not the wheel surely. ... or did I read that wrong.
Anyways Simmo, those extenders look awsome, I might even look at getting something like that made up myself someday. Well done!

Thanks everyone for your kind words, yep you read it right, I thought I would have to remove the rear wheel. it's fat tyre there, and my fingers wont fit inside the mudguard frame and the wheel. I sort of liked the indicators where they were, just they were a little too far forward for the luggage. You can easily put the indicators back where they belong is a bonus, in about 40 minutes. There's plenty of room behind those shiny bits for the extra length of cable. cheers Simmo

I'll see my mate and see how much he'll charge to make up 5 pairs. I'll put the bags and screen on this weekend and see how it looks. cheers simmo

Thanks Angel, that's our garage come patio there, the 750 lives in the corner of the lounge room mostly. Our house block is 103 m3 the size of two double garages.
I was going for the "full dresser" look today put the bags on and Damm, the bags touch the indicators by about 10mm. I can still fit the bags but the rubber stems of the indicators bend.
No big deal I wanted to move the bags fwd a little any how because there's room there. I was a bit lazy when I adjusted the bag brackets. It won't take the welder long to move the mounts 15 mm.
Also put my MS screen back on , takes all of 2 minutes.
I also had a 10 x 1.25 tap and cleaned out all the bolt holes for the rear fender. It's a good idea, those holes fill up with dirt and go a bit rusty. My shadow had a lot of dry/ stiff bolts, every bolt i pull out I put some grease or oil on it before putting it back. cheers simmo

Angel, photo is coming just have to adjust the brackets ,that should be done this week since I'm having a bit of bludge at work. it happens sometimes, busy for weeks than just cruisin for a while, lets me catch up on face book and research any projects i want to do. etc. I'm coming back to QLD in a couple of weeks so might be able to catch up with some of the queenslanders if they have a ride planned, I'll ride my 750 guzzi v7 classic. cheers simmo
