Changed my fork oil last week, been meaning to do it for a while,as my front end was like a sponge,I had to buy a couple of tools, but it was quite straightforward, took a bit over 2 hrs,but as usual'next time will be quicker' I went to sae 15,thinking it was originally 10,but found out afterward it was sae 5. Result is a much better handling bike, but not looking forward to hitting a pothole at speed, sae 10 would possibly have been enough. Wish the rear shocks were adjustable for rate, not just preload. Can post a 'how to'if anyone's interested

Moe,you wont be sorry i thhink. I got the heavy oil in mine over a year ago. The difference is great . Handling in crnrs is much safer and as yousay the rear well i was going to put progressive springs on. Simon gave me a good price but just havent got there yet . Sure you will like the difference. After i did i aim it at a pothole ,little one and didnt feel it. WCheers Ray

From memory the kit contains 8-13 ml spanners, a screwdriver combo set, plug spanner, and rear shock spanner

I think if your tool kit has the wheel axle spanners, would they be 22mm.
