G,day all figured I better introduce meself ,dg6oo2 is my username ( joel - j.d is my real moniker) anyhoo I found my 1100 aero about 2 years ago after I was looking for a ready to ride reliable bike while my cbx was slowly getting done. I,d test ridden an aero when they were new and really enjoyed the ride and the bike, so when I saw this one I jumped in and bought it. It was a really unloved ride, plain and without whitewalls living in frankghanistan and working away has restricted my riding a bit so when I,m due for r,n,r I look out for any rides or runs happening. I,m also on a few other forums (All aero forum- Delphi forum, Melbourne star riders- Delphi forum) i945.photobucket.com/albums/ad296/dg6oo2/samsung12-6-13215_zps96502723.jpg

Hey big fella I may be to late but the stator on the aero,s is just able to do the job if you haven,t bought your new one yet you can get one that has 20% more output I,ve hadone in mine for the last year (on fleabay - ricks motorsports) also when I find the link there is a regulator conversion you can do to remove the burnt plug problem under the seat, I,ll post when I find it.

Yep, too late, stator being rewired as we speak. Would be interested in the regulator conversion, lot of heat goes via those connections. Thanks...
