Hi everyone, Has anybody purchased or seen a Heads Up Display unit(HUD) which reflects a digital speedo reading on to the windshield of a bike. The position of the speedo on my VT750 makes me have to look down to see the speedo, it's sometimes quite annoying when I have to constantly look down at the speedo to check my speed, especially when I see a Highway Patrol. mypolaris.com.au/hud/indexflash.html

Interesting idea. Nice in the vid link he mentions that most accidents occur when you take the time to look down at the speedo. I wonder how many near misses he had every time he looked at the camera filming him.

I was gonna say that Anyways, I wonder how well that would actually work on a motorcycle screen, actually I wonder how well it really works on a car screen even, with sunlight streaming in on it. I like the idea of the over speed limit alarm a bit more but you can get that with any gps cant you? The one that dg6oo2 linked is the Skully helmet, I kinda like that but sheesh having just seen the price for it .. nah I'll glance down every now and then.
