I got pulled up at an RBT station at Cronulla last night. I had drunk 2 glasses of wine earlier but nothing bother the cops. Anyway the cop noticed my tail lights were out was kind enough to let me off with a promise to get them fixed asap. No probs there, the last thing I want is a car up the back of me. So once home I did a quick study of the tail light assembly but couldn't see how to access it. So of to the internet to find the answer. Now I have looked previously on the net to find manuals and the like for the Shadow, but they just don't seem to be there. However last night I found something that may be of interest to all you Shadow riders, and others. This site www.cheapcycleparts.com/model_years/1444-honda-2006-shadow-aero-VT750CA/assemblies/17471 appears to have the parts schematics for lots of bikes, including most Shadow variations. Hope you find it useful. PS. I was inspecting the tail in the dark of my garage last night, the light of day revealed 2 rather obvious phillips head screws for easy access to the bulb.

Hi Clarry thanks for the link. Lucky you had a decent cop checking you out mate (no jive intended WG). It's good when they realize an innocent oversight. Would be keeping an eye on the light though it seems strange it blew ,there may be another under lying problem. Happens again shortly i'd be getting it checked by a sparky. The bracket is rather easy to undo after all hey and the indicators are also easy mate ,a little screw underneath and they pop off. Does show you though how one should check all lights and tyres and stuff before riding. Can save some dollars and embarrassment On the 4th page in Bike Talk, Clarry and other newbies there is a list Steve has compiled on Bling and Barney which greatly helps us riders out. There is i think a link comparitable with the one you put up. Cheers Ray

Thanks guys, didn't realise that data was so readily available. And Steve, I will take you up on the offer for the Manual. Cheers.

It was a bloke that dealt with me but there were female officers there too. Yeah not a bad spot down south here. I live in quiet Bonnet Bay but decided to take a spin out to Cronulla late on Saturday night to visit some friends that own a restaurant there.
