Hello all, Just a quick hello and intro!
I'm a new rider from Sydney. Actually, technically not an actual rider *yet*.. I am however a Shadow owner! I was more or less gifted a pair of bikes with issues one of which was the Shadow 400 which had shifting issues. I'm in the process of fixing it (specifically waiting on parts from Japan ) before I can get it back on the road and myself in the saddle.
I am a novice rider, still yet to get my actual license, but not new to the road (In fact I also own and drive a race car in a one make national racing series called the RX8 cup if you're in to a bit of motorsport) so I welcome any and all advice from experienced riders.
My bike is currently on my lift and in just about as many pieces as you can get (I'll post some pics if I can). This is the first bike I have worked on and it's a refreshing change from the complications of modern cars even if everything is poled on top of everything else. I was surprised at just how much you had to dissemble the bike to get to the motor..
Anyhow, hello and I hope all are safe and well in the troubled times we have on our hands at the moment.
Psy.
Pics (if they work):
Edit: misspelled title.. way to make a good impression eh!
