G'day everyone. Been a while since I've been on here but as some of you are aware, I've been trying to work through some pretty serious issues. Unfortunately this has meant my phone and computer have not always been available or reliable. This has now changed.
On the riding side, trying to get more time in to ride but that is always a challenge that everyone is facing.
On the business side of things. We've taken some pretty big hits over the last few months and have been forced to relocate to a smaller temporary premises. As such we've been searching for a new premises where we can ramp back up to where we were 4 months ago and then expand further. We've also had some issues with "staff" that have affected us greatly.
The continuing strength of the Australian dollar vs the US dollar has mean that shipping times have greatly increased due to the huge influx of overseas orders into a transport system that is not used to it. This has meant that shipping times have been increasing and in some instances dramatically. To illustrate this point, I had an order comming from Texas sent Express (4-7 days) and it took 5 weeks. There is no rhyme or reason why some parcels are delayed and some aren't. So please be patient if you've ordered stuff from the US or a special order item from us.
I'll be back on later and try to clear a backlog of reading asap.
