That Donnie Williams was my inspiration to go out and do the slow ride practicing. Plus it's a skill that we should all have. Here's my simple vid that I did a couple of weekends back and 1st ever post in youtube - so be kind www.youtube.com/watch?v=QAJ6Umc9Bak

WOW!!! .. (kinda enough? ) Actually I'm pretty damn impressed intherough, ya may just have inspired me to do it myself ... not videoing it tho !!! I saw you put ya foot down a couple times, the only time I have dropped my baby was when I had to put my foot down like that doing u turns, I paniced and stopped and bike slowly dropped onto the footpeg and exhust, no visible damage thank god, but it kinda put me off doing u turns and I'm only just now starting for practice them again. I might just see if I can do some practice with the tennis balls tho, it looks like a great way to do it.

Yep, my foot went down quite a few times during my session. I also came close to dropping it a couple of times. But that's what it's all about - finding those faults and try to figure out why it happened. Was I going too fast? Too slow? Was I counterbalancing enough? Or over balanced? Was I looking down? Was I getting dizzy doing too many circles?
I was out there for only about an hour and a half. But when I got home I felt tired like I've just been on a 400km ride.
