Nah I didnt get a new bike, but there is a new addition to the family ... yep hubby got his shadow today, and I think I'm more excited than him. So I just wanted to show the new baby off .... He emerged this afternoon from a grassy plain and found a home in our driveway.. Ten points to the person who can work out wot hubby decided was a good stabiliser for his stand I'm sure they will become best friends

That's a nice looking pair of bikes. As my wife would say, very Chanel colours, ie. black and white. Oh and that's why she's a Collingwood supporter.
BTW if that's not a manhole cover, then is it his dinner plate that the stand is on?

Hey Spinal, it's a 2010 model and yeah hubby was kinda dissapointed it didnt have shadow on the tank, but I kinda like the honda symbol instead, as you said it's unusual to see it. It's brand new off the shop floor and has been there since 2010 too I think, (came home with plenty of shop dust) they dont sell many new shadow's in Dubbo. Ya's are on the wrong track with the thing the stand is on ... sheesh would be a pretty small man could fit down a hole that thing covered, so it doesnt cover a hole. Ya's need to think more rural ... we's country bunkins ;D Oh and hey angel I used to think mine was nicer, but now I love them both for different reasons ... I love the almost old fashioned look of hubbys bike. Another bike I kinda fallen in love with lately is this .. same reason as I love hubby's bike .. www.kawasaki.com.au/motorcycles/sport/w800

Much more rural than that .. actually I think this may be too hard, I didnt even know these things existed until I moved here and met a farmers wife, who gave me that one to do some art on. And I had no idea what one would look like til she gave it too me. But hey I wont ruin the fun .. one of ya's might have grown up on a farm and look at it and go .. meh too easy Keep guessing

Id like to have a S model as well as a c4 in the shed, both bikes complement each other, a bit of cruising and a bit of sportster. The S model has a chain drive and a smaller slimmer tank and I suspect was to steal some of the 883 market from H-D. Also a single up mounted speedo. Good reviews from the States.
