Well ? You must have gone somewhere, your not the type not to because it's to hot, to cold, to wet or just cant be bothered type ;D Hey George notice the grip's ;D ;D ;D You should delete the bags and pillion seat, will give it a meaner stance ? And get a set of the skeleton mirrors.

I had a look at the skeleton mirrors on ebay. $40.00 postage free. They have all chrome, or a combination of chrome and gold. They look awesome. I am tempted to buy some myself. They are a 4" mirror, whereas your standard is 6".
PS I like your grips. I have seen them before. I have nearly lost one before ;D ;D ;D ;D ;D

I took it for a run home from hoppers, and another around my suburb to acquaint myself with the new feel. It's best described as different. On the Highway I was loving it. As for low speed around town, I'll get used to it but I'm playing it cautious for now.

Well. It's been 5 years and with uni finished I'm back into finishing my vision for the bike. Here's some pics of recent progress. I've pulled off the sissy bar and rear guard. The rear guard is now cut up above the rear headlight (Still to work out how/where to mount the plate). Looked at aftermarket rear guards but decided to grind down the stock sub-frame and cut the guard so I can still carry a pillion if I want to. Since these photos I've lowered the rear end 2/5" - 3" so it doesn't look like there's enough room for a possum to camp between the tyre and the guard. Have purchased some low profile LED rear lights that are tail/stop/indicate all in one - the idea being I wont have a light on the guard. I;m playing with different configurations of where to mount them (as per the pic) I've also bought that hyper-charger I wanted 10 years ago but I suspect that means another session pulling apart the carby and a trip on the dyno.
