I notice there are several old posts which are no longer relevant and have no photo's or keepsakes so are really of no interests. Can we get rid of these?

George you may think that old posts are no longer relevent but traditionally old stuff is left on sites such as this for new members to look at. When these sort of sites are very popular and the old stuff really is old there will be an archive file to put it all in. It is definatly not the done thing to delete stuff from public places.

I have a compulsive tidier like that at work, I leave all my little notes around (like a place someone told me was a great road for a ride) and she goes and chucks em out after only two days when I've forgotten to take them home. OK I agree what your saying isnt that bad George but really I still get on here and can spend time just looking back at some of that old history you guys made long before I even thought of owning a bike. It's facinating for us newbs.

I was thinking more about posts like an event like a car show that no-one went to and no photos etc exist and there's no feed back or similar. But anyway...just a thought.

Yeah I get ya there george, there are a few posts like that around that could get cleaned up I guess ... my husband say's I'm a hoarder .. I think he's right, I just cant throw anything out Tho from my expereince from other older forums those posts just end up rolling waay back in the list til they eventually do get thrown in some achive or something anyways.

Meh, things that aren't relevant tend to move quickly down the list. Trouble with deleting some things like mentioning car shows, is that these tend to happen yearly. And a person who might be looking at going to Auginbindy in march next year might put off their visit if they see there is also another event on at the same time. I know I've looked for ideas for weekends by going through old posts, but hey that's me and I'm slightly stranger than the average person... LOL
