www.lightsonthehill.com.au DOC introduced us to this in 2012, it's a convey of trucks remembering their fallen mates, it's a terrific event and hundreds of people line the highways to watch from Rocklea to Gatton, and us Bikie dudes get to show off and lead the way in our own group... Well worth it... Let me know who is interested as I am attending a meeting with them this Sunday.. The event is FEBRUARY 23rd 2013 usually starts mid morning Hundreds of trucks take part, and as many bikes and utes that we can get to show up and support .................................................

Come on Shadows, lets show our support and promote our group, this is a great day out with hundreds of people oooggliing at our bikes, (they only think they go for the truck show) we have our own parking area and the atmosphere is fantastic...
****SATURDAY FEBRUARY 23rd 2013****
Start rolling up at Rocklea BP between 8am and 9:30am (BOUNDARY RD)
Riders information meeting at 9:30am SHARP.........
Start our escort to Gatton at 9:45am SHARP.......
Only 5 dollars entry fee, live bands, food, and lots of loud engines...

Hay ANT it's just $5 for bikes as we are escorts for the trucks, or if you would like to help me and DOC marshall the trucks in it's free, Marshalling is another way some of us support the organisers... DOC I are doing it and we need four more to help us. Another bike group is also organising 6 marshallers. We just direct the trucks through the gate..

I attended this last year and it was a great day (The mud made it interesting for the trucks to say the least!)  Unfortunately, I won't be able to make it this year as I will be away, but I can certainly recommend it as an event to attend. ;D |
