Will an agenda for the AGM be made available prior to the meeting?

I, and I am sure many others would like to know what issues are being raised, what elections (if any) are proposed. If elections are being proposed is there a list of positions, candidates, nominations etc. Is there a formal protocol for nominations? Are their reports being tabled, if so what are the expectations of members.

Am I being to formal and complicated? I don't know. If this AGM is less formal, that's OK, but I think there has to be some direction about how the meeting will held.
