Anna, Just a cautionary note: I made the mistake of puchasing the same type of rear rack but did not understand what solo rack meant it means will fit if you have one seat ie not the longer seat for the pallion rider. If you have the stock seat which fits two people then the rack will not fit. I had to send mine back to USA and pay freight etc I recon even a little one on the back of a two seater in this follow the contour of the mudguard style would also look cool not sure however if they make on like that though. Best Greyshadow

Ta for the concern and tips Grey but I went solo seat a while back with the thought of getting this type of rack just for trips .. check her out here hondashadowriders.proboards.com/thread/2432/soloThey do make a sort of little back rack that will fit on behind a pillion seat too, I've seen a few while looking for the solo rack .. I reckon they look a bit silly and dont look very sturdy and if I was gonna go back to having the pillion I'd put on the back rest and rack instead. I guess thats why I'm attracted to the solo rack I found with the back rest, it looks like it can hold all my luggage Sorry for hijacking ya thread BDR

Well a few more parts that I ordered from the states arrived. Some "Kuryakyn Deep Dish Bezels with smoked Lenses" for my indicators. I did not like the bright amber lenses as is stock. Looked like bug eyes to me. 20 mins later all four are changed. I like the look and seems to complete the back end nicely. The bezels match the look of the head light beautifully. If anyone is thinking going this way, make sure you order the single filament bulbs as well. The ones that come with the bezels are double (running/ stop light bulbs) filament suited for the States. This was before. This was after. Front came up nice too. While I was at it, I re-attched a retro-reflector to the rear under the rack. Stock one had to go as it did not fit. Got the reflector and a bracket from bunnings. A little trimming and black paint and blends on in nicely. Angle is from building supplies (right angle for joining wood beams). Trimmed to suit, bent back a little for the correct angle and drilled another 6.5mm hole to mount. I am not very handy with tools so the more pre-made the better for me. One day I might get a workshop together.

Hey Gonzo did you get a solo seat or just separate the bracket on your dual seat arrangement

The reflector has some tape as well as the bolt holding it on. A little WD40 and minimal effort gets it off. The WD40 will also remove any left over glue.
At the moment the seat is stock, just removed the pillion part.
