There is a severe lack of ride coordination in this state, we are drastically behind the other major states in this country and I propose a change to this , I know we're all busy and live in various parts of the state but that's really no reason to not get together occasionally for a good , well organized ride. I'm planning a ride to waterfall then Robertson soon and will post details when the time comes and this weekend there's a ride to Rylestone (halfway meet) to catch up with the lovely Annastasia & Cray , and in the meanwhile put it to anyone interested in a ride to propose a rout and submit it here so we can organize to get as many NSW sra members to join said ride. Too often are rides made privately between friends with no notification to the rest of the site and serves to defeat the purpose of this being a riders club.

Well done Zombie! It would be nice to see some more rides posted. Now that there is starting to be a few more members in similar areas it will be easier. You're right they just need to be posted up so that others can join in if they want. I know Cray and I will join in if its at all possible.

Post your rides on the calendar. That way we all can follow what is being planned. All rides I have found are currently listed. Cant do much more than that.
PS I post from my phone, via the forum, using the drop down menu under "NAVIGATION". Posting on the calendar will in turn CREATE A THREAD.
Still feeling BRAVE apparently.

My interest in this forum waned when I noticed a severe lack of activity in NSW. It seems pretty dead. Honestly, this is why I haven't put money forward for membership yet. Know that sounds mercenery. I'm keen for Waterfall. Also esp. keen for western rides. Been wanting to do a Broken Hill run via the 32 for a long time. If I had a bigger bike, I'd be planning an Adelaide city trip via Broken Hill. Maybe next year when finances settle out.

Cray is on the same bike as yours tex and that's what we took to broken hill this year. He didn't complain so cat have been too bad. The only issue might be the stupid small fuel tank, you'd really have to plan it well.

Yeah definitely. I'd be lugging a can with me. Still, gets tricky & I'd really like a Kawasaki Vulcan 900 for the run as it has a 20L tank.

I'll start making threads again & we'll see if anyone else wants to tag along. Think the next ride I'll be doing will be up the Putty Rd to the Grey Gum cafe. Long overdue for a trip up there.
