After fitting new chrome mirror extenders on have found them to be much better, now having two points of adjustment i can set them up so the mirror adj is in the middle and have the same movement up or down, not like before was at as far up as the adj would go, now the mirror sits straight up and down with good sight. also put on new clock/can't be late now LOL. cheers, spinal.

You beat me to the clock. Just installed same onto my wife's Suzuki VL250 intruder. Had bought the same as mine (Marlin brand with fork nut mount) but it did not fit as her fork nut is slightly recessed into the triple tree.

Stuffed that up. Having trouble getting used to this proboard. What I was trying to say was that I agree with bdrgonzo. I keep my meter on Trip 1 all the time. I have a great clock that mounts on the stem nut. Looks neat and does the job. Got it from "clocks4bikes".
Here goes Take 2.
