I was looking online for some floorboards but I just couldn't justify the price, so I decided to make my own. Now before I upload the pictures it's important to remember I'm not a metal worker by trade and I normally work with wood. Made out of 10mm steel and mounted directly to my existing pegs, I notice the height difference but it's heaps more comfortable. Let me know what you guys think, honest opinions, I'm a big boy, I can take it! Ps. Few more photos to attach of them mounted to come.

Good effort you are a man after my own heart when I was a younger man I would make do with what's at hand to save some hard earned. Now I am wiser and lazyier I just go and buy what I need. I will reserve judgment until the final product is presented but so far looking the goods very Harley Davidson. Cheers Azza

Just is the best feeling when a Modification, that you dreamed of? You just go out and make it your own and when they fit up and look great (which yours do, by the way) and work the way you want it to ? Its like that first cold drink on a hot day feeling? Yep and you can say to others/yourself .I did that?

With the V&H pipes did you notice if they felt shallow on the studs??? A lotof VTX guys find they needed to add washers to make sure headers were snug and tight?
