Ta mate ,yeah been wanting to do the front springs . Went cheap way a few years ago and put a heavier grade oil in the forks . Made a hell of a difference . When i get the $ i,ll be putting in progressive springs though. Thanks for sharing your mechanical know how mate.

Thanks DG6002, great pics and mod, had my spacer out today and got a fright, for some reason had it in my head that spacer poly was smaller conduit, when I saw the metal tube I went oh shit and put it all back together, will get some 25ml conduit and oil tomorrow and do it again, tossed a nylon sling round the head stem and lifted the bike with chain block and then set it down on some blocks but with weight still on chain block, works for me, letting it down is an issue as chain block jumps on way down.
PS: any idea the size of that new washer that was in the kit, cheers.

There should be a washer in between the spacer and the spring from the factory i'll get out to the shed and measure them up and post it on the thread mate.
