Hi Guys, I guess by now you know i am a tinkerer. Can't help myself. When i bought my bike a few years ago, i added the factory Sissy Bar. Well, the first one purchased was the wrong one, never really fitted properly. It was from the US and the Aussie Dollar was pretty good so I thought wait a few months and see if the right one comes out. It did, but the hoop never changed and the fitment was very ordinary. So, yesterday I thought bugger it, make you own hoop. The side/mounting brackets for the 750s are great, so long as you fit them properly they fit nice and tight. I wanted a hoop that had a retro look of the early days. Bobbers going down a dusty road with a swag hanging off the back. Hopefully my three hour effort gives that look, I am pretty happy with how it turned out. Thanks for reading, John.

Well done John, I bought the Honda (factory) sissy bar from a Honda dealer and it fits perfectly, however I have bought a highway (crash) bar from Cruiser Customizing USA and had all sorts of problems including sending it back and having to pay again for shipping. I now always try to use a genuine part from Australia rather than trying my luck with Cruiser Customizing in the U.S.

Thanks Guys,
I am pretty happy with it. The Vt750s is a great little bike, you can make it what ever you want from a scrambler to a dirt tracker to a chopper, i have even seen a really cool looking blacked out bobber.
For some reason honda don't do a lot of accessories for it, though in the last six months i am seeing more options available. the other VT750 in the range has a lot more options, they just aren't cross platformed as the frames are so different.
Thanks again for the feed back guys.
John.
