Just bought one of these for the bike. Have them on all my bikes and wouldn't want one without it. Anyone installed one and have any problems doing it?

I've had one on for years now and as you say, I wouldn't be without it. Easy to install and even easier to live with. You'll find those little O'rings will eventually wear off. I was always planning on replacing them but never got around to it. It looks and works just fine without them.

Glad you give it the thumbs up. Maybe I'll get a few replacement O-rings to bring with me. I have a large assortment pack someone gave me and now maybe they'll actually be of use.

Clarry, So I went down and looked at the bike. I'm thinking that I take off the nut and washer then slide off what looks like one piece where the arrows are and then slide heel option on to the area where arrow is in second pic. Then tighten screw on heel lever. If that's correct there was no problem with it slipping around the toe shifter or did you dimple it a bit with a drill? Didn't come with instructions but don't want any surprises. Thanks.

No probs with it slipping in my case. It was a while ago but I remember I had to fit it semi tight, then go for a test ride to be sure it was sitting at the correct angle to suit me. Once I had it just right I tightened the hell out of it. Has never moved so far.

Are these shorter than a regular shifter? I have trouble reaching mine! Short legs
