Hey Shadowroonies
I've got a 2004 750 and want to change the pipes to ones that are a bit louder.
What do you guess have?
Do you have to put CO2 eliminates on?
How easy was the install?

if you have a 2004 there are no 02 sensors on it, EFI didn't come out until 2007, Vance and Hines cruiser's are good pipes.
installation is easy just make sure you change the exhaust gaskets.

vance and hines cruzers are great pipes but every site iv'e checked they are out off stock seems like they have stopped making them, could contact V&H to find out. cobra's have a nice sound also.
as for gaskets you can get them at local bike shop or on ebay which is cheaper but may have to wait a bit for them.

Hey Gingerdom,
not sure if you've found yourself some pipes yet, but I just ordered a set of vance hines short shots
from my local bike shop. I went through AMX superstore, simply told em "I want these, fetch"
and they got back to me in 15-20 minutes after calling their suppliers.
So it seems like the vance hines pipes are back in circulation. both short shots AND the classics.

My pipes turned up over the weekend along with the O2 sensor eliminators off Evil-bay. thanks to Spinal's video i had no trouble fitting them on! also threw in a K&N hi-flow air filter and fired her up! Though after riding for a couple hours, I've had to order some baffles cause she is LOUD! Attachments:
