I am thinking of doing an advance safety riders course with (HART)Honda Australia Roadcraft Training which should give me a few tips on bike control and cornering. Has anybody attended one of these courses?

I haven't done the course but thought about it for a while til I worked out that there wasn't one within easy distance to me .. someone on some forum recommended it to me ages ago, just not sure if it was here (I really do think it was here but not sure).
Sorry I cant be of more help Steve but I do think that any course like this would be good, they aren't being paid to pass you so they should be pretty fairdinkum and not just going through to motions to get a govenment payment. Well that's the way I would look at it.

l've done advanced riders course up at mt cotton a few years ago, helped me heaps, l don't go flying round the bends, as l too think a cruiser is 'for cruising' every now and then l like to click my heels up and feel the breeze in my knees, but l also like my money kept in my wallet and not in the police coffers and like my licence and my heart beating inside this body as well.
Its a good thing to do courses and anything that can improve your confidence on the road to enhance your riding enjoyment. l have always had the belief that ' you ride your own ride' and thats perfectly okay.
l also have the dvd twist of the wrist 2. that was good, but it seem to reinforce what l learnt/or what they tried to teach me' when l learnt to ride at ama.
